THEBlvd Privé, a Pop-up Outdoor Restaurant at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel)

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel) is excited to welcome you to THEBlvd Privé, an alfresco pop-up dining experience. For a limited time, enjoy this extension of the renowned THEBlvd Restaurant. This hidden hideaway will feature California-inspired menu items, fanciful cocktails and decor reminiscent from when the Hotel’s private cobblestone boulevard was created in the 1970s. Illuminated by gas lamps imported from a castle in Edinburgh and enclosed by lush green hedges, dine outdoors in this intimate setting five days a week.

Dine on some of Chef Nematipour’s signature dishes such as the locally sourced Roasted Whole Branzino with chermoula, petite salad and BBQ lime; the Roasted Acorn Squash Winter Salad is comprised of California-grown kale, quinoa and cranberry dressing; while the Snack River Farm Beef Filet is complete with truffled gnocchi, roasted greens and peppercorn sauce.

Pair a signature dish with a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or a craft cocktail. Sip on a light and refreshing cocktail such as the Feeling Pretty, or something with more of a “punch”, like the Forbidden Fruit.

End the delicious meal with a tantalizing dessert such as the Privé Cocoa Bar made with chocolate moelleux sponge, chocolate cremeux, hazelnut crush and cocoa nib nougatine or the Roasted Fruit Tart comprised of crumbly sable, citrusy cremeux and house-made passion fruit meringue.
