Meet Victor Martinez, Doorman at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

Doorman, Victor Martinez leads the front drive at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. He was one of the first employees to open the hotel back in 1987 and is one of few that still works at the hotel today.

Victor started out on the banquets team but transferred to the front drive shortly thereafter. He is the first to greet guest upon arrival and his main job is to greet them with a smile and make them feel right at home.

He is also the last person guests see as they drive away from the hotel and makes sure that their experience was enjoyable. Victor loves his job and calls everyone family. He says the hotel is his home away from home.

“I’ve been working at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles for 31 years since the hotel opened back in 1987. I love my job because every day is different and exciting. Our goal here is to make our guests feel at home, it’s not just opening doors.”
